3i Group has had to reshuffle senior staff in its fundraising department following two departures that emerged today. The UK private equity firm raised its last buyout fund in 2006.

Jenny Dunstan, a partner in 3i's buyout team, is moving to join the firm's investor relations division to help manage relationships with its clients. Her move follows the decision of Erin Harrell, who has been a director in the investor relations team since February 2005, to leave.
