Despite a decade of heavy restructuring, massive job cuts and public ire over high levels of pay in the City, bankers at Royal Bank of Scotland emerged among the most satisfied in the 2018 bonus round.
That is according to the results of a survey, published on Tuesday, by the salary benchmarking group Emolument.com, which asked more than 2,500 bankers how happy they were with their bonuses this year.
