Aberdeen, Schroders bosses have no plans to crack down on hybrid working

UK asset managers will stick with policies allowing their staff to work from home, despite some financial groups tightening requirements

Chief executives of Aberdeen and Schroders, two of the UK’s largest asset managers, have told Financial News they have no plans to overhaul their hybrid working policies, despite some financial services firms in the City asking staff to spend more time in the office.

“We had a three-day-a- week policy well before I joined,” Jason Windsor, CEO of Aberdeen told FN.
