ABN Amro has hired Yves Millardet from the investment banking arm of Groupe Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in an effort to increase its financing mandates for public sector deals.

Millardet joins the Dutch Bank in Paris as head of its public sector coverage in France and Belgium. He spent the past five years as head of debt capital markets origination at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations Ixis (CDC Ixis).
