Aggregate Industries replaces Merrill Lynch with HSBC

Aggregate Industries, the construction company which is listed on the FTSE 350, has replaced Merrill Lynch with HSBC as its joint corporate broker, the bank's third win in the sector in six months.

HSBC currently provides Aggregate with banking services, and has extended the relationship into broking. Aggregate will continue to retain Cazenove as joint broker alongside HSBC whose other recent wins include Bellway and Countryside Properties.
