Magic Circle law firm Allen & Overy has installed new leadership teams at its banking and corporate divisions.

Vicki Liu and Philip Bowden will serve as co-heads of A&O's banking practice, while David Broadley and Dirk Meeus will run its team serving corporate clients, according to a statement on 8 April.
