Amundi CEO Baudson on taking on BlackRock’s Aladdin and M&A plans: ‘I’ll look at whatever comes to the market’

Valérie Baudson, chief executive of Amundi, took the helm at Europe’s largest asset manager in May, replacing Yves Perrier who had been in the top job for more than a decade.

Amundi’s second quarter results, published at the end of July, showed it pulled in €7.2bn in new money between March and June, helping buoy assets under management to €1.79tn.
