Apax Partners has struck a deal to sell Nordic gardening chain Plantasjen to a Swedish private equity firm – its 14th whole or partial exit of a year when the European buyout firm's investment realisations have comfortably outpaced its fresh investments.

Apax has agreed to sell Nordic gardening chain Plantasjen for Nkr2.9 billion ($356 million), according to a statement from the private equity firm.
