Aviva Investors, which has been recruiting steadily for its newly-minted property and private markets division this summer, today added a new director of retail properties for its real estate unit.

Sue Jarvis, formerly group property director at New Look where she oversaw the retailer’s portfolio of stores, has joined Aviva to lead a redesign of its leases with the shopkeepers who rent the stores that it owns, and managing the firm’s relationships with them.
