Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays, has increased the range of US treasury-related products on its electronic trading platform, Barclays Automatic Real-time Execution (Barx).

It has added real time prices and trading functions for US Treasuries, Treasury Inflation Protected Securities - known commonly as 'Tips' - and Separate Trading of Registered Interest and Principal of Securities - or 'Strips' - on Barx over the Bloomberg Professional terminal, the most widely-used trading system in the fixed-income business.
