Bank of Ireland chief to go after €1bn-a-week losses

The most senior executive of Bank of Ireland's international fund management arm is leaving after the group lost €5.7bn ($7.4bn) of assets in five weeks.

Dennis Curran, whose job includes overseeing all of Bank of Ireland Asset Management's operations outside Ireland, is retiring. The date for his departure has not yet been agreed.
