Barclays asks most staff to be in the office three days a week

The UK lender is increasing the number of days employees need to be in the office as large investment banks increasingly unwind hybrid policies

Barclays has asked the majority of its employees to spend an extra day in the office, the latest big bank to shake-up its hybrid working practices.

The UK lender has asked most of its 85,000 staff to move from at least two days in the office to three, the Financial Times reported citing an internal memo outlining the move.
