Barclays Capital has hired Nick Nassuphis as head of equity exotic and structured product derivative trading from Credit Suisse First Boston where he headed European exotic equity derivatives.

Nassuphis will join next month and will report directly to Dixit Joshi, Barclays' head of equity derivatives and another former CSFB staffer.
