Pursuit of happiness drives big companies’ co-working craze

Big companies expect their use of flexible or co-working offices to grow fast in the next few years, as the advantages of nimble occupancy and networking outweigh the safety and certainty of big premises.

Almost 70% of firms expect to make more use of these outsourced offices, according to the property agency Knight Frank, which quizzed 120 global companies about the type of buildings they use.
