Performance fee revenues double at BlackRock

The world's largest asset manager booked performance fee revenues of $89 million in the three months to June 30

Revenue from performance fees at BlackRock more than doubled in the second quarter, compared to a year ago, boosted primarily by the firm’s alternative products, in a period during which net profits also rose.

Performance fee revenue totaled $89 million in the three months to the end of June, the world's largest fund manager said in second-quarter results published today, compared to $41 million during the same period a year earlier.
