Topics discussed at board meetings of Goldman Sachs are strictly confidential, the investment bank's chief executive, Lloyd Blankfein, told jurors, as he took the witness stand at an insider trading trial for the second time in little more than a year.

"The fact that anything is discussed in a board meeting is a confidential fact," Blankfein said at the trial of former Goldman director Rajat Gupta.
