The former global head of technology at fixed income firm BlueBay Asset Management has become the latest senior finance executive to swap the City for the growing fintech scene, joining a start-up that pools credit ratings from banks.
Simon Lumsdon, who left BlueBay in October 2014 after a decade at the fixed income manager and before that worked at Credit Suisse First Boston, has re-emerged at London-based Credit Benchmark, where he is chief technology officer, the company said on September 7. In his new role, he will help lead the expansion of the company's technology platform.
