BNY Mellon names Robin Vince as CEO-elect as Todd Gibbons prepares to retire

US investment bank BNY Mellon said that Robin Vince, a former Goldman Sachs banker, will take over as chief executive officer on 31 August.

Vince will serve as President and CEO-elect until that time, the bank said in statement on 10 March.
