Brady snaps up energy tech vendors

The connectivity software supplier is expanding its European presence with the addition of two rival energy software vendors

Brady, the largest connectivity software supplier to the European commodity markets, has bought two rival energy software vendors, as the London-based firm looks to expand its footprint in the European energy and carbon markets.

The firm has bought Norwegian physical energy trading software vendor Navita for around £17m, and smaller Swiss firm Syseca, a provider of logistics software for the electricity markets.
