Brokers and fund managers have not become any more sceptical on the UK since last year's Brexit vote. But they are certainly a lot keener on Europe.

At the big banks, the brokers in charge of selling stock ideas to fund managers have become more enthusiastic about continental European trades in the past 12 months - but a sceptical stance on the UK market has not budged.
