Private equity powerhouse targets the tech provider for its latest purchase

Private equity giant Carlyle has won a bidding war for wealth platform Intelliflo, Financial News has learned.

Intelliflo sells back and middle office services to more than half of the UK’s financial advisers. It was bought by fund giant Invesco in 2018 for £200m. Carlyle has now paid $205m for the business, according to a person close to the deal.
