The three former UBS advisory stars hired by Centerview Partners in the UK last year are putting their team in place, with the independent investment bank set to hire two new bankers as part of its London expansion.

Hadleigh Beals, a director focused on mergers and acquisitions at UBS, has agreed to join Centerview, according to people familiar with the matter. One of these people added that a second banker at a similar level had also agreed to join from a rival boutique.
