Citigroup has appointed two new managing directors and promoted two others to its European financial entrepreneurs group as part of an ambitious expansion plan.

Kim Tudor, who previously focused on Iberia, and Louis Prothery, who managed clients in France, joined the London-based team last month when Ramzi Itani and Johannes Vavrovsky were both promoted from vice-president to director.
