Citigroup hiked chief executive Jane Fraser’s pay by 33% for the year when she completed the bank’s radical overhaul code-named Project Bora Bora.
The US bank paid Fraser $34.5m for 2024, a jump on the previous year for what it describes as her executing its strategic priorities “promptly and thoughtfully”.
