Citigroup is introducing “Zoom free Fridays”, limiting internal meetings and encouraging staff to take holiday in a bid to counter lockdown stress and fatigue among its employees.

Jane Fraser, its new chief executive, sent a memo to employees — seen by Financial News — outlining a series of measures as the “blurring of lines between home and work and the relentlessness of the pandemic workday” have hit well-being and are “simply not sustainable”.
