Citigroup has hired former JPMorgan dealmaker Guillermo Baygual to co-head its M&A business as it continues to bulk up its investment bank.

In the latest senior dealmaking appointment from JPMorgan, Baygual will co-head M&A globally at Citigroup alongside Drago Rajkovic, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
