Citigroup is launching a new hub for junior investment bankers in the southern Spanish city of Malaga, as it attempts to tackle burnout among entry-level dealmakers.

The US investment bank is hiring 30 investment banking analysts for a new hub in the city. Staff in the region better-known for its beach resorts will have strict rules around working hours, Citigroup said in a statement.
