Citigroup has hired a managing director from Bank of America Merrill Lynch to co-lead its corporate equity derivatives team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The US bank's corporate equity derivatives business, also known as strategic equity solutions, is led globally by New York-based Stephen Roti, who joined roughly a year ago from Nomura, where he had been head of Americas equity capital markets.
