The City of London Corporation, which oversees the running of the Square Mile, has given planning approval for the City’s tallest tower – a 305-metre skyscraper at 1 Undershaft.

The City's planning and transportation committee, which met on November 28, gave the go-ahead for the tower after it received a recommendation for approval from its top planning officer.
