Clearstream, the clearing division of Deutsche Börse, has won a libel judgment against the author and publisher of a controversial book which accused the company of money laundering.

The Paris Court Le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris has ordered author Denis Robert and publisher Les Arènes to pay damages for allegations in the book Révélation$, published three years ago.
