Clifford Chance has boosted its M&A offering in London with the hire of a senior partner from US law firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.

Bruce Embley is moving to the Magic Circle law firm after more than four years at Skadden in London, Clifford Chance said in a statement. He previously spent more than 15 years at Freshfields in London and Dubai.
