Commerzbank Securities has signed a partnership agreement with Israel-based investment bank Nessuah Zannex to provide investment banking services for Israeli companies in the European capital markets.

The German securities company will provide such services as helping Israeli companies to raise funds on Europe's equity and debt markets. It will also assist with more complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and structured finance moves.
