A six-strong consortium of private equity managers that includes CDC Group, Morgan Stanley and Japanese bank Nomura has bought a stake in an Indian technology company, as the country continues to attract blue-chip foreign investors.
The consortium â which also includes the fund of funds arm of bank Credit Suisse, Indian private equity firm IDFC Private Equity and infrastructure specialist firm IDFC â has paid 4.11bn rupees (â¬64m) in a solar cells subsidiary of technololgy company Moser Baer.
