A managing partner and co-founder of CVC Capital Partners is taking a step back from his responsibilities for the German-speaking region, paving the way for succession at the firm.

Steve Koltes - who has been building and leading CVC's German business for more than 20 years while also contributing to the firm's international expansion - will dedicate more of his time to his international responsibilities, which include his membership the firm's management committee, according to the firm.
