Bondholders face tricky decisions as they seek to recoup a fraction of their investments

Corporate restructuring activity has continued to flourish in Europe as a growing number of companies attempt to buy back or exchange their debt.

But for bondholders facing the prospect of recouping only a fraction of their investments, deciding whether to vote in favour of the restructuring often proves extremely difficult.
