Eric Delorme and Jean-Paul Bernardini are to return to BNP Paribas from PAI, the French Bank's former private equity arm which gained independence in 2002.

Delorme, who had been with the buy-out business within BNP Paribas for 10 years, was a director in charge of investor relations. Bernardini was an investment director focusing on the telecoms sector.
