Deutsche Bank will cap this year's bonus payments at €200,000, a person familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.

Under a new system, the bank will pay out a maximum of €100,000 in cash and €100,000 in shares, which recipients won't be able to sell before the summer, the person said, confirming an earlier report from Bloomberg.
