Deutsche Börse eyes more acquisitions after €3.9bn SimCorp deal

Executive says the German group has received inbound interest from firms

Deutsche Börse is considering further software company acquisitions following its €3.9bn purchase of Danish firm SimCorp two years ago.

Christian Kromann, the head of Deutsche Börse’s investment management solutions division, said the group would monitor the market for potential deals and had already received inbound interest from firms.
