Deutsche Börse profit rises 13% as SimCorp deal boosts bottom line

Deutsche Börse’s profit grew 13% last year as dealmaking and organic growth helped offset higher costs.

The German exchange operator posted a net profit of €533.6m for the fourth quarter, up 25% from the same period a year earlier. Its annual profit rose to €2.05bn, from €1.80bn in 2023.
