Dissolved Brexit committee says UK should keep tabs on EU ties and warns of ‘gap in scrutiny’

The UK must introduce a new way to scrutinise its future relationship with the European Union, a report from the UK’s parliament’s former influential Brexit committee has said.

The report is the final piece of analysis from the Committee on the Future Relationship with the European Union, or Brexit Committee, which was dissolved on 16 January.
