EBA warns banks are communicating poorly on Brexit

Europe's top banking regulator says it has seen ‘little evidence’ so far of banks telling customers about their plans

Banks must better communicate their plans for Brexit to their clients, according to Europe’s top banking regulator.

The European Banking Authority on December 17 called for banks to take “more action” in their “Brexit-related communication to customers”.
