End of lock-ups could spell trouble for two tech firms

Shares in Completel Europe and Trader.com, two of the worst performing European IPOs this year, could come under further pressure next week as both companies exit their lock-ups.

According to Edgar Online, the website for SEC filings, Completel Europe, an alternative telecoms carrier, will exit its lock-up period on Monday. Meanwhile Trader.com will exit its lock-up on Wednesday.
