Ernst & Young has hired Adam Shutkever from Deutsche Bank as a partner within its mergers and acquisitions team.

Shutkever worked at Deutsche as a managing director in the consumer and leisure group and in equity capital markets between 1995 and 2000. For the past year, he has been acting as a consultant and corporate finance adviser with Barchester Group, an independent corporate finance and strategic advisory firm.
