Eurazeo-led consortium buys France's Fraikin

Eurazeo, the French quoted investment company, has made its first significant investment since being created in April 2001 through the merger of Azeo and Eurafrance.

Together with Pragma-Capital, a recently formed private equity fund, and UI, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole, Eurazeo is in the process of finalising the 100% acquisition of Fraikin, a long-term truck rental group based in France.
