Euronext signs derivatives clearing pact with ICE

European exchange operator Euronext has signed a clearing deal with Atlanta-based Intercontinental Exchange after its agreement to acquire LCH's French clearing arm fell through.

Euronext said in a statement that its deal with ICE Clear Netherlands, part of Intercontinental Exchange, covers the clearing of financial derivatives and commodity derivatives for 10 years.
