Evelyn Partners’ professional services arm will be rebranded to S&W following its sale to private equity giant Apax.

The deal, which was struck over the weekend of 23/24 November, creates two standalone businesses, leaving Evelyn Partners as a pureplay UK wealth manager and S&W as a fast-growing player in the UK accountancy mid-market.
