Evercore has promoted 15 bankers to its senior ranks, an increase on the previous year as investment banks look to lock in talent amid an uptick in dealmaking.

The boutique investment bank promoted 15 to senior managing director — its highest rank — for its 2025 class. This is a 25% increase from the 12 people to make the cut last year.
