FCA harassment rules due ‘very shortly’ as City women demand tough action

The Financial Conduct Authority must not loosen its crackdown on sexual harassment and bullying, senior City women have urged, as the watchdog prepares to unveil new rules.

Baroness Helena Morrissey, who chairs the Diversity Project, said regulations have “got to have teeth” and “really clear guardrails” to discourage bad actors.
