A blockchain specialist who helped set up a regulatory testing ground for UK fintech startups has left the country's market watchdog.

Chris Kiew-Smith departed the Financial Conduct Authority in July to become head of fintech strategy at the Abu Dhabi Global Market, the financial regulator in the United Arab Emirates.
