UK's financial conduct regulator says it regrets that the Complaints Commissioner has had to repeat himself, and it will do better

The UK's Financial Conduct Authority has pledged to be nicer and quicker in responding to those complaining about its activities, following repeated criticisms from a government watchdog.

The Complaints Commissioner, Antony Townsend, is tasked with reviewing the way the UK's three financial regulators, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Prudential Regulation Authority and the Bank of England, handle complaints about their activities.
